Who we are

AI Computer Science Academy is a computer training institute at St no.03, Madani Colony, MOH. Shamasabad, Jhumra Road, Faisalabad. You can reach us on +92 325 8000848 or at aicomputersacademy@gmail.com for any question about this policy or your data.

What we collect

• Enquiry forms: your name, phone number, optional email, the course you are interested in and your message.
• Student accounts: your name, email, username, phone, city and a hashed password. We never store the password itself.
• Learning data: which lab tasks you finished, the code you saved, quiz and exam scores, and certificates issued to you.
• Payment records: the month, amount and method of each fee you pay. We do not store card numbers — payments happen at the desk, by JazzCash or by bank transfer.
• Basic technical data: the pages you request, kept in the server error log for security and troubleshooting.

What we do NOT collect

• No advertising trackers or third-party analytics pixels.
• No card, wallet or bank credentials entered on this website.
• No location tracking beyond the city you type into a form.
• The coding lab runs entirely inside your browser — the code you type is not sent to us until you press a button that saves progress to your account.
• No data is sold, rented or shared with advertisers. Ever.

Why we hold it

We use your details to call you back about admission, to keep your course record, to mark your work, to issue your certificate and to prove that a certificate is genuine when an employer checks it. That is all.

Who can see it

Academy staff can see student records, fees and enquiries. Other students cannot see your data. A public certificate check shows only the name, the track, the percentage and the issue date printed on the certificate itself — nothing else.

How long we keep it

• Enquiries that never became admissions: 12 months, then deleted.
• Student accounts and learning records: while you study, plus 3 years so we can re-issue a certificate.
• Fee records: 7 years, as required for accounting.
• Password-reset links: 2 hours, then they stop working.

Cookies

This website sets one cookie, a session cookie, so you stay signed in while you move between pages. It holds no advertising identifiers and expires when you close the browser or sign out. We do not use cookie banners because we do not use tracking cookies.

Your choices

• Ask us for a copy of everything we hold about you.
• Ask us to correct a wrong name, phone number or email.
• Ask us to close your account. We delete your personal data and keep only the anonymised certificate record.
• Ask us to stop calling you about admission — say it once and we mark the enquiry as closed.

Children

We accept students from age 14. For a student under 18, the enquiry form should be filled in by a parent or guardian, and we will speak to them before confirming a seat.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle data, we update this page and put the new date at the top. If the change affects existing students, we also announce it on the student dashboard.
